The Body Confidence Campaign
Girls and women all over the world suffer from negative body image, low self-esteem, eating disorders, body dysmorphia, and even depression as a result of the social construct of unrealistically perfect feminine beauty standards endorsed by brands, media, and social media.
In the recent past, we have seen a growing number of actresses, models, social media activists, and feminist activists have started speaking up against airbrushed, photoshopped, flawless, un-achievable beauty standards.
‘Rights of equality’ is planning a social media campaign called “Body Confidence Campaign” to promote self-love, self-acceptance and dismantle the social construct of perfect shape, size, skin color, or skin tone!
As a part of the Body Confidence Campaign, we urge you to love and accept your body regardless of how you look, and to acknowledge the fact that your sense of self-worth doesn’t lie in the shape, size, or color of your body. We also urge you to affirm to be real, be authentic, and be you.
Guidelines for participating in the campaign:
Please share a picture of yourself as you are, without using any filter, without make-up or digitally altering any features or skin tone on your social media handles and tag our official social handles.

You can take the picture holding a placard with #Ilovemyself, #Iamenough #Iambeautiful written on it. (optional).
Along with posting your picture on social media, you can also email us the same picture to equalityrightsof@gmail.com. We will publish your picture along with the tagline you’ve sent, on our campaign webpage, as well as on our official social media pages.
